Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All necklaces, bracelets and keychains will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. If the product doesn't ship to you after 16 days, email me at [email protected]  with your name, the product you bought and your shipping address. I don't ship products on weekends 

Returns

Items in perfect condition or items that don't fit will not be accepted for returns or refunds. Please review the item descriptions on my website or my Instagram posts @jewelrynoteboutique before purchasing.

Exceptions to this include damaged product or shipment of incorrect product.

I allow order cancellations if the product hasn't been shipped yet (two days after you purchase the item). 

If the product happens to be broken/damaged,
It must be returned after notifying me of any issues within 1 week of receiving the package. You'll get your money back after I receive the package or get a replacement for the item you bought.

Email me at [email protected] with your name, the product you bought and pay pal username for refunds/returns or order cancellation.
